Manadon Masonic Village

This retirement village is home to a welcoming community of active retirees surrounded by lovely gardens, and stunning views of Mount Taranaki. The Countdown Supermarket is right across the road and bus stop for buses to town 100mt away. Fantastic reserve walk to Back Beach on your door step with the Moturoa Shopping Centre just down the road.

Flat and wide streets with cul de sacs, fringed by gardens maintained and designed by the residents themselves. We have 37 units which are modern and spacious 2 or 3 bedroom.

The village has a large community centre, made up of a clubroom, library, workshop and the office of the manager of Taranaki Masonic Villages. The club room is used for village activities including indoor bowls, exercise group and happy hour.

Welbourn Masonic Village

Located in the popular Welbourn area with the Coronation Shops at the end of the street, this village is one of the most desired in town. It has 32, two bedroom units with attached garages and internal access that have been refurbished to the highest standard. The grounds are a credit to the residents who choose to maintain their own gardens and take much pride in doing so.

Clawton Masonic Village

The village is fringed with a lovely native reserve that has the constant call of the Tui, Bellbird, Pūkeko and Kereru. It has the benefit of having Westown shopping centre nearby with its doctors surgery, bank, shops and restaurants and only a short drive to the city centre.

The 20, two bedroom units have been refurbished to a modern and comfortable high standard with an attached garage and private outdoor area.

Eltham Masonic Village
