We cook all meals on the premises and we provide home baking for morning and afternoon teas. Our recreation programme includes arts/crafts, exercises, music, entertainers, animal visits, van outings and an array of other activities.

The care you or your loved ones receive is provided by registered nurses, caregivers and diversional therapists. We also have a physiotherapist available each week, a dietitian visits regularly and we provide access to other health professionals by referral.

We have a contract for GP services with the Masonic Medical practice based in our village. We also liaise closely with other Levin GP practices, Arohanui Hospice, the NASC agency and the specialist services of MidCentral Health.

Our staff are suitably qualified and experienced, and are encouraged to be involved in training and ongoing professional development. Our caregivers complete the nationally recognised ‘NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing’ qualification and our staff attend local and national education sessions related to ageing, palliative care and other relevant clinical topics.

We strive to create the best culture with the aim to be a place where residents want to live and staff want to work.
